What Wikipedia Can't Tell You About Collective Trauma and Grief
You see everything. You know the pain. Your heart bleeds for those who suffer, who hurt, who remain unheard and unseen. You feel a call to step up, to champion change. To create a better world, a world of equality, balance, and love.

Falling into Depression
We fear those emotions that we do not like to feel. As if by feeling them they will consume, swallow and change us.
It’s the dark that we fear. The being caught in quicksand with no life rope. That if we allow these feelings, depression, sadness, grief, pain, hurt in they will never leave.
For the love of the Sith
He reminds us we can only take too much before we break. Before our fears swallow us and we succumb.
Astrology and therapy
I love bringing astrology into therapy. It creates perspective, context and food for thought. Astrology can affirm who we are and illuminate areas for growth, including our shadow. As well as, astrology can let us know what tools we innately have at our disposal, areas of our life that will flow with ease and grace and others that will be more difficult to navigate. Astrology can provide ritual and rhythm into our mundane daily lives. It can bring focus to areas we need to tend to, honor and celebrate.
What is trauma and do we heal it
Combining the power of soul retrieval, somatic and energy healing, psychotherapy provides the client with space to process and integrate the healing. We are a society that loves our stories, our daily lives revolve around the stories we tell, witness and participate in. Psychotherapy provides an outlet for these stories, to honor them, accept them, recreate them, change them, rewrite them, throw them away.
Returning energy and cutting cords
Cutting the cords is a way to release our energetic connections to others. Often times cutting cords is the last thing we need to do, often times we only need to set the intention and mindful call ourself back and give other's energy permission to leave.
Can you help me?
I want you to be empowered. I want you to have a safe sacred space to be seen and heard. To express yourself. To share and explore your life story.
