A safe space to...

explore and process all things grief and mortality related.

welcome

This is your space, a safe space to feel held, cradled, and seen in your grief, in the process of your mortality, and the mortality of your loved ones. This space will cultivate, nurture, explore, process, tend, and sometimes challenge you and your grief in this lifetime.

Why me? Why this space?

I am a thanatologist. This means I have studied and continue to study death, dying, and grief from multiple lenses, including biological, sociological, psychological, developmental, cultural, spiritual (including religious views), medical, and ethical. Moreover, I am passionate about supporting the dying and grieving process. I am here to normalize the experience of death and grief. I created this space to be non-judgemental support, to support you in your grief and processing your life and the life of those you love. A space to tell and retell your story, your legacy, the story of your family and ancestors. A space to honor the living and the dead. A space to be seen, heard, and held.
